2006 chevy trailblazer ac vents not working

Locate the actuators and change the temp and air direction, the actuators SHOULD spin. I had to swap the upper actuator (air direction) with the lower actuator (heat / cool) to get heat to work, lower actuator was bad. Ordered a new actuator from Amazon (half price then dealer), plugged it in, got good upper and lower air flow and GREAT heat out.
