The ring and pinion for late WD's and all WD45 gassers must be 13 teeth pinion and 43 teeth ring gear which is 3.3 to 1 according to my service book. Then, an older WD must be 12 teeth to 43 teeth which is 3.5 to 1. The only info the service book gives is 3.5 to 1 and 3.3 to 1, no actual gear tooth count.
