Also, here in winter if i use windshield washer sometimes still happens because water freezes. A couple of minutes of defroster fix problem.

Eyesight can be fussy about lighting, dust, condensation etc but it should be occasionally off, not frequently. Your dealer should do a full recalibration as a minimum. If they won't, try another dealer or call SOA and explain the issue.
