Gw2Hook is a fork (aka a clone with slight modifications) of ReShade which target only Guild Wars 2. It's the same thing at the end of the day. GW2Hook is just a set of default options optimized for GW2. ReShade has the same functionality, but just different starting default settings.

I am able to install hook and reshade files in bin and addons. After you reinstall, you have to move everything to bin64 not just dll and ini, move the reshade-shaders folder also.
