Isx cummins low oil pressure

It's been about 10thousand miles since my last oil change in my 2009 ISX and I just started getting some low oil readings to. I just changed my exhaust back pressure sensor a week or so ago and that's been helping greatly. When I accelerate or am at cruzing speeds of 1200-1300 rpm's my oil pressure is fine, reading about 35-40 psi.
