All he is saying is to implement an offline raid mode to be able to keep lower "tiered" weapons so new players can 1, maintain activity in the game. 2, feel like theyre actually playing and learning rather than dying at every beck and whim. 3, keep some gear to TRY and go into pvp and test what theyve learned.
Yeah on live servers, but in offline with bosses enabled they (and all bosses on the other maps) spawn 100% of the time. I want to practise killing rogues and running water treatment in conditions that I’d likely see in a live game but I can’t because the Goons spawn in every offline raid and I can’t get into water treatment with them guarding the entry.

Offline mode should reward skill xp as even though there is no risk, there is still a decent amount of time spent in each raid. Things like throwing grenades and shooting to gain strength/recoil control xp should not be added or severely nerfed in offline as they could be abused. Now i know this sounds weird and shady but If you run nvidia's experience on your pc then go into app settings and find tarkov exe and turn off vsync off. Then go ingame and in the menu turn on the vsync and that will unlock your frames. That might take care of your problem.Tasks that can be completed offline or coop.
