uverse tv no sound on all channels. U-verse TV has no sound on one TV. This is the second time we are experiencing this with the same TV. I completed all the prompts in AT&T Troubleshoot App which did not resolve my issue. App did not offer me technical support but rather sent me to Ask The Community A Question.
